Judge.me Product Reviews App

Customer service is excellent and was able to fix the issue quickly. However, the issue was that their app was not showing up in our shopify store under the products, and they had to do a whole different application to get it to work in a different location on the product page. So while they fixed it, the app should have worked as it was supposed to and not have to be installed in a different location. Also, customers are having issues with the review requests giving them an error and acting like the review isn't submitting, but we are actually getting the review fine on our end. Overall it's working great and allowing us to collect a TON of reviews easily!
