For someone that is not very tech savvy, this is an easy to use app with lots of functionalities that enhance the usability and visuals of your Shopify website. Whenever there is something that I am unclear of, the response is super quick and thorough and everything gets resolved.
I'm so used to the apps whereby you have to wait 24-48 hours for someone from the team to reach out with a 'fix' to an issue, but so far, no fixes or waiting required. The support team know the app exceptionably well and everything is resolved immediately.
