I had a questions about my sample order. One item came right away. My other orders had not shown up yet both ordered at the same time. Gretle looked up my order gave me an update. Let me know it would be escalate to there team and find out why it go delayed. I love the quick response time, there customer support staff are very knowledgable and helpful.
