ShineOn: Print On Demand

I love ShineOn. Their training is like no other. I'm new to this game but I have learned a ton from ShineOn. The customer service occasionally replies like they aren't very familiar with all things, but overall the app itself is dynamite. The "Get in Touch" option on the Support Chat Bot is broken and emails to support seem to take forever to get answered.
