If there was another option i would use it.
Unfortunately QBO is the only accounting software that syncs with Shopify.
Customer service is generally terrible.
Mostly they close the chat and leave you to explain the same thing to another rep for another 15 mins.
Some features are very stupid.
You cannot send statements to more than 50 customers at a time?
Stupid.
Often it will sync duplicated customer details so you will have to reach out to the admin team to delete and resync individual invoices which again takes too long as the teams priority is giving nice fluffy responses first, then doing the job!!!!!!! Frustrating.
I find myself having to chat with the QBO team WAY more than i Should for what is a very limited use of there software. I need to sync and send statements, thats pretty much it.
Why do i always spend so much time with your support team for something so basic???
And no, the customer information been synced is not any different.
