Judge.me Product Reviews App

Judge.me used to be a reliable review app, but it has gone downhill. They no longer verify reviews from actual customers, even when proof of purchase is submitted. My customer base includes many senior citizens, and they expect verified reviews and follow-up emails. To many steps and frustation The customer representative stated they cant because someone can hack emails and your store. Which is totally a lame excuse

Since the app is already integrated with orders, there’s no reason it shouldt be able to match reviews with purchases. What was once a convenient, trustworthy tool has become frustrating and unreliable for small businesses. If you’re looking for a dependable review system, I recommend exploring other apps.
