Honestly, I am not a tech person but this app is AMAZING, and the customer service is truly everything. Every time I speak with someone, they are able to figure out exactly what is wrong and help. I also love that I learn so I can manage issues quickly myself moving forward. This app was recommended to me and it is such a great addition to your store. WELL worth it.
