So far, I'm finding the review collection very good. I do suggest ensuring your email templates are customized to show the star rating going from 1 star on the left to 5 stars on the right. Otherwise, customers automatically choose the one on the right (1 star) even when they mean to give it a good rating because they're used to seeing the stars increase from left to right. I've only needed customer service once so far in 3 months, but when I sent in a ticket, they replied within a half hour. I had already figured out and fixed my issue by then, but it was refreshing to see how fast they responded to my ticket. It's a very good review collection system at a very affordable price.
