Hemant and his team are amazing! I had another app on the store that completely mucked my schema up. It took ages to figure this out as Google didn't actually help when I went through them enquiring about some ongoing issues with our pricing in the merchant centre and our ad results plummeting. Finally, I contacted Simprosys, who got my feed up and running with them. When our own developer (who is usually really good!) struggled with some final issues in completing the job of fixing the schema once the app was deleted, Hemant stepped in and sorted this out for us. Talk about above and beyond! Our campaigns are now back in learning, and it has cost us a lot of money in lost sales, but these guys not only were the only ones who could tell us exactly what was going on but jumped in and fixed it.
