Update: I built my own Sales Receipt automation using Zapier as this app is now completely useless.
I'm gutted. They completely destroyed the app. It used to auto-sync my Sales Receipts from Shopify to Quickbooks, but now it doesn't and support have even admitted functionality has been reduced since this new update. VAT doesn't sync properly, the shipping line item doesn't pull across correctly and receipts are not auto-created. Was on to support for 5 hours and it remains completely unresolved - they are just using AI to repeat back what you've said.
Such a shame as it was all working fine and has now caused mayhem within my business.
This is the problem with relying on third party app (and a warning to others) - things get updated/changed for the sake of it (without notifying the customers) and it causes major issues - as per other recent reviews have mentioned. We now have to look at getting developers in to revert back to the old way. Might have to delete the app. I've requested it to be escalated but not heard back.
