I want to say a huge thank you to Dave @ Trendsi who worked very hard to resolve a problem. I'm so impressed with the time and patience he had. As soon as he resolved my issue he asked if he could check a few other things to make sure they were running well. Thank you Dave, you were kind, patient and so very knowledgable.
