I needed a post purchase survey. I’m not technical at all so asked support for help. An almost immediate response by Jason and it’s all set up! 10/10 for customer support with this company. Thank you.
Update: Nov 2025, I had an issue with my store, (no fault of the app itself) and again Jason has gone above and beyond to fix my issue. The support that comes with this app is second to none! So happy I chose Zigpoll. Thank you very much.
