Judge.me Product Reviews App

I needed to replace a discontinued review app on my site after many years and found 2 apps that looked like they might be a good option for me. I reached out to both for more information and set-up support. One sent a string of emails with links for manually setup, but never responded to my questions or concerns. However, the team at Judge.me blew me away with customer service, fast responses to all questions, assistance with setup as well as testing confirmation upon completion that all was working as I intended on my site. Easy decision - I chose the Judge.me Reviews app and could not be happier! Thank you to Victor, Faissal, Gabriel, Hoang & Mohamed for your fast and personalized assistance at all hours! This honestly might be the best service and experience I have had with any app I have installed on my Shopify store. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a robust reviews app - you won't be disappointed.
