Judge.me Product Reviews App

This App is definitely flawed, for example I had "silver" badge, I then published 3 verified reviews and it dropped to "bronze" which makes 0 sense. Live chat fobbed me off and said "oh maybe I accidentally set some of my reviews to Hidden" I DID NOT. So now I have to hide my trust badges because it's not displaying correctly. Will be uninstalling this App when I can as $15.99 a month is not worth it for a app that doesn't work correctly.
