Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

2-3 weeks ago, I reached out to Smile by email, explaining again the problem we were having as we reached the point where we needed to upgrade to $199USD/month because of the number of orders we process per month.
I had previously shared with Lisa, the COO that we love Smile, but because as a bakery most orders are small, we could not justify paying $199US /month just because we have over 2000 small orders per month as some of our orders are 3.99 and with the incentive we give as well to our clients it was not reasonable for us. The app should not be based on amount of orders as it is discriminating when you do lots of small orders.

Andrea, reached out to me with a promotion of 50% for a starter plan to allow us to pay only $24.50 USD instead of $49 USD. Thank you Andrea for your help!
