Judge.me Product Reviews App

Terrible support and constant technical issues. We've used Judge.me for the past 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but we've had enough. They tricked us into their paid plan with promises of collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they blame a 'technical glitch' for why reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) aren’t appearing on our international store (teacurry.us). It’s been three days of significant sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our situation. Still no solution, so we're forced to find another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are many other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.
