As mentioned in my previous email, we have agreed to process your refund request. However, please note that your payment was made through the Shopify platform. Shopify has a fixed settlement period, and we have not yet received your subscription funds. Once we receive the settlement from Shopify, we will issue your refund.
Regarding your comment about not receiving a refund, we find it difficult to accept as it does not accurately reflect our communication and intentions.
