We're loving the SmartBot. It was a bit of a work to "train" it to understand our products and the strange questions our customers ask, lol, but once you put in the response you want, it does a fantastic job! This program saves us so many customer service inquiries. Some tips: Read the conversations so you can see what the bot is saying, then go in an "train" it to respond more appropriately. I highly recommend this app to take some load off your team.

We just installed the app and it was really easy. The AI response to customer questions has been 100% accurate so far. As time goes on we will see how well it works. I believe this will be a huge help for our employees and the customers.

Once installed, ask the bot questions about your products to identify holes in knowledge. It is quite a quick process and helps the bot learn and for us to leanr how a customer may use the bot.
