We're loving the SmartBot. It was a bit of a work to "train" it to understand our products and the strange questions our customers ask, lol, but once you put in the response you want, it does a fantastic job! This program saves us so many customer service inquiries. Some tips: Read the conversations so you can see what the bot is saying, then go in an "train" it to respond more appropriately. I highly recommend this app to take some load off your team.

The custom rules set up are working very well so far. However, the saving of new settings is very temperamental and sometimes deletes a large chunks of my edits even after pressing save. I found a work around for this issue. But otherwise, this SmartBot works amazingly well even on the free plan.

We just installed the app and it was really easy. The AI response to customer questions has been 100% accurate so far. As time goes on we will see how well it works. I believe this will be a huge help for our employees and the customers.

De smartbot maakt alles zoveel makkelijker. Ik hoef zelf bijna niets meer uit te zoeken: één vraag intypen en ik krijg direct een duidelijk antwoord. Het werkt snel, intuïtief en scheelt enorm veel tijd. Echt superhandig!

Nadeel dat de abbonementen iets aan een te dure kant zijn. voor beginnend webshop is het dan wel een grote stap.

Easy to setup, looks good so far, replies are relevant but needs a better understanding of all the products as it is currently not suggesting all the available options, I think it will improve over time with usage.
