SmartBot: Leading AI Chatbot

SmartBot has been a great addition to our SSBC-USA Shopify store. We were looking for more than just a basic chatbot—we wanted something that could actually help customers with product questions, guide them toward the right products, and support the sales process 24/7.

The biggest value for us has been the amount of pre-sale engagement. Customers are actively using SmartBot to ask product and fitment-related questions before purchasing, which gives us another opportunity to capture buyers who may otherwise leave the site without contacting us.

Setup was straightforward, and the ability to add our own product knowledge, policies, FAQs, and company-specific instructions has made the responses much more relevant to our business.

We’re still continuing to optimize the knowledge base, but we’ve already seen conversations that demonstrate SmartBot can assist customers through the buying process and recommend products.

For a business with a technical product catalog where customers often need reassurance before purchasing, SmartBot has been a valuable tool and has real potential to contribute directly to conversions.

SmartBot has been very helpful so far. The conversations feel natural, and it handles customer questions clearly and professionally. I like that it keeps the conversation going instead of giving short robotic answers.

It explained promotions correctly, responded politely when the customer said the product was too expensive, and even asked follow-up questions to be more helpful. Overall, it makes customer support feel smoother and more engaging.

This app is absolutely seamless in terms onboarding and automatically learns all pages, policies, FAQs and products etc on your store whereas other apps may take longer to teach it and create FAQs etc or even 'workflows' and a lot more setup time. I've only been using it for 3-4 days but I haven't seen any customers interact with it yet at all and I have fairly decent daily traffic. And no measureable benefit and I've got it turned on on all pages on my store.
And for me increasing conversions, upsells plus providing a customer contact point for issues would be the main objectives and I'm seeing nothing from that yet but maybe too early to tell

Great app with really impressive support!

SmartBot works smoothly, looks clean and professional, and was very easy to integrate into my Shopify store. The customization options are great and it creates a much better customer experience.

What really stands out is the support team. Super fast responses, incredibly friendly, and genuinely helpful.

We are satisfied with the performance of the app. It also has a range of plans priced in accordance to your needs and budget.
