This chatbot has successfully generated sales for me, which is fantastic! However, there's an issue—it occasionally tells customers available products are unavailable or not found in the inventory.

SmartBot saves us a lot of time answering questions personally. It recommends products based on what we've trained it to recommend, including providing product links.
We need to train it a bit more as some of the answers it's given have been a bit off the mark but we'll get it right soon enough.

After a few days of trying to get some answers from support I have changed my rating. Yes this app looks very nice but you don't have enough control over the AI bot and it can give out wrong info and yes you can add answers to a knowledge base but there is no way to stop it from making suggesting that you don't want. And trying to get support you would think they have it, but they don't I have ...

I recently try the SmartBot. The setup is seamlessly and easy. I gave it a few tries. It learns my products quickly and provides good recommendations or instructions. I will give it a few more tries; but anyway, it is a helpful AI bot for Shopify stores.
