Judge.me Product Reviews App

Support used to be super resonsive and quick to fix bugs. So far I've been waiting 6 days for a fix to their Product Groups tag system. All i get is "we are working on it" and they will get back in-touch.

So it's an open ended problem with no time-line to fix, meanwhile I'm paying for an app that does not work properly with our store. Hopefully this review will cause someone more senior to start asking questions internally.
