My representative Box Chen assisted me with the best customer service. He not only walked me through and explained everything quickly and easily but he fixed my issues in minutes that would have taken me much longer than that. The system is very easy and manageable but I had a trainee that missed key elements like shipping type and inventory. Very important:) and Box Chen really helped me out and I am very grateful.
