I am new to Shopify and GemPages but GemPages so far has been amazing. Their customer support is great, they have live agents who answer very quickly and send thorough steps for resolution. Would definitely recommend.
Update: have been using GemPages for a year now. They have exceptional customer support and are always quick to help :)
