We have tried to reach out to you a couple times to see if there is anything that we can do to work with you on this and are waiting to hear back from you!
In regards to the update itself, it sounds like some previous code customizations failed to transfer to the new version. This can be custom code added to theme files or code/scripts from third party apps.
