its now saying one of my products is discontinued and there is no method of changing or altering it. most of the links dont work and individual products keep breaking. who build this back end?

Some products indeed do not have an alternative when they are discontinued, however, regarding "breaking products" and "links not working" - could you kindly message us at feedback@printful.com - we would like to take a closer look at the cases for you.
