I received assistance from Harold, Charles, Lorena and Lorie. They were all amazingly polite, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. Especially Lorie, she stayed with me while I fixed a order issue. Absolutely superb customer service. I felt they cared about my issue and helped to facilitate resolving my issues. Thank you Lorie!
