Nice app I just wish they would let you pick the products the app learns rather than leaving it up to the app itself and it would be nice to have a way to remove the "SmartBot by BestChat" link and description at the bottom of the chat window.
If these two thing ever get taken care of the app would be perfect in my opinion.
