I would recommend Printful as a POD company as in my experience I've been happy with the quality of the products I'm familiar with.
As far as the interface I think design attributes could use some additional features incorporated into it, especially given the flexibility of new AI tools. More options for mockups, would be great as well as the ability to upload my own avatars to use in mockups. That's about all I can think of at the moment, though I know there are more details if I thought about it.
