I was told by Judge.me support that they will not fix a serious accessibility error using WCAG 2.2 AA standards. I persisted and they persisted. Eventually we were able to fix the problem after 2 hours... The problem was the app had not been updated. There was no indication from my side that the widget was out date. Once, the widget was updated. It was easy for me to fix the accessibility issues of contrast
