Great alternative too L0*x This app is way more cheaper. However if you have multiple store it will need some patience since there are some issues with the export and import of reviews as it require you to match the order ID and other images doesn't match even if it's correct in the file.

But overall, their support team are wonderful and will be there to help you out! Kudos.
