Our business has used BOLD App for nearly a decade. The mitigation and transition to the new Custom Pricing App has been horrible. Our customers have not been able to confidently place orders for going on 10 days because the quantities are arbitrarily changing in their carts and the pricing is incorrect. Customer support is slow to respond and have conflicting suggestions/fixes. We are extremely disappointed and have asked numerous times to switch back to the old app. Looking for help from anyone.
