I wanted to change the local language wording of the review collection page as it was automatically translated from English in a very awkward way, that would put off a potential local reviewer.
I was informed by Support that this is not possible and the best they could offer was that they create a ticket and forward it to the product team as a feedback so they can consider this in future updates.
It is difficult to understand why such a simple translation issue cannot be fixed right away.
UPDATE: The judeg.me team was very helpful in finding a solution, and they managed to fix the entire translation process within a few days. It’s now working perfectly. Hats off to them in terms of customer focus.
