Super customisable across your desired user experience; I have been pleasantly surprised.
Tech support are fantastic and so responsive. It's like having your own developer at your fingertips. I rely on them, as I get so stuck with Shopify apps.
The app needs more fool proofing though— alerts / warnings—to avoid unconscious "errors" i.e. removing review collection widgets.
