No response from customer service on an embroidery issue for a week on a $540 order my client has already paid for. All case materials submitted according to instructions. Can't get a reply. "Norah C." "Jesse G." "Rita C." Unacceptable. This is exactly what you don't want to happen when dealing with a print on demand vedor like Printful or Printify. No help, no recourse, no customer service if you have a problem.
