Received exceptional service from the team. Had an issue yesterday that was resolved through the automated system. Today I found a slight issue due to something I did and the automated system unfortunately could not assist. CS Rep Nouhalia jumped right in the chat and walked me through the process of what I did (yes I know I did it, but couldn't figure out how to undo it). Nouhalia corrected the issues and I was provided with a screen recording to assist in the future. Nouhalia noticed some back end work may have needed tweeking and fixed with no problem. All of this took less than 8 mins. Client service was exceptional and personable. Made my morning :)
