Excellent App with Outstanding Customer Support!
Fantastic App – I Only Stopped Because My New Theme Includes Everything I Need
I used Vitals for about a year and was extremely happy with both the app and the customer service. The app is packed with valuable features that helped improve my store’s performance, and the AI-driven tools were a big plus.
The customer support was outstanding — always quick, helpful, and solution-oriented. Every issue or question I had was handled with professionalism and care.
The only reason I’ve stopped using Vitals is because I recently purchased a new Shopify theme that includes most of the features I need built-in. Otherwise, I would still be using it without hesitation.
