Very disappointed with Vitals billing practices.
The app price was $29.99/month, but after uninstalling the app I was unexpectedly charged $71.99. There was no clear warning or transparent explanation about these additional charges.
The app itself may be useful, but unexpected billing after removal creates serious trust issues. I strongly recommend checking all billing details carefully before installing.
We've been using Vitals for our store at Bigksport and it replaced at least 6 separate apps. The product reviews, upsells, shipping estimates, sticky add to cart and visitor replays all work seamlessly together. Support is fast and helpful. The fact that it doesn't slow down your store while doing all of this is the biggest win. Highly recommend for any Shopify store owner who wants to keep things lean and effective
At $30 a month (base price), this app is a steal, it has some fantastic features, many of which we are yet to even use. The volume builder is a great tool and generates a fair bit of revenue for us and we really value the screen recordings, it helps us to weed out those pesky bugs customers are facing. Had a few issues with setting a widget up and John Seth S. was a great help, fixed it within minutes! Thanks guys
Signed up a couple of months ago. The flat fee was $29.99/month. This has now been quietly updated to '$29.99/month + usage' with no information about the update or what 'usage' actually is. On checking my invoice for this month I've been charged $155.99!!!!! HUGE red flags.
Excellent customer support fast, reliable, and easy to communicate with. The team responds quickly, explains everything clearly, and goes the extra mile to resolve any issues. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping their users succeed. Highly recommend this app for the outstanding support alone.
Vitals has truly simplified life at All Season Fashion. The Reviews tool makes our pages feel more personal and trustworthy, and the Bundles feature is perfect for helping customers build outfits they love. I appreciate how everything is beautifully organized and easy to use — no tech headaches, just results. With so many tools included, it’s become one of the most valuable parts of our shop setup.
To be honest they have won me over. I initially left a negative review as I had a lot of problems with set up, caused by misinformation and mistakes made by their dev team (which had a negative impact on my sales). But after a couple of months of using the app I can honestly say it is FANTASTIC and has probably won me back that revenue 5x over. So much functionality to choose from and, despite their earlier mistakes, the dev/support team are pretty good at assisting with things quickly which I appreciate. Would really recommend this app to anyone wanting to increase AOV and conversion rate - so pretty much all business owners!
