This is a great app with a ton of upselling and bundling features to offer the greatest value to your customers. There are a ton of things to explore and set up for your store that can lead to more products added to customer carts and overall, we've been very happy using it. However, I have to point out that the app includes a 'Direct revenue assists' charge, which is charged based on how much revenue the app has helped generate for your store. So now, we're being charged an extra $200 PER MONTH for using this app due to our revenue bracket. If you're fine with this, then go right ahead and install.

On the Direct Revenue Assists charge, you're right to flag it. As the apps keep driving results for your store, the charge reflects the value they're delivering. I know it's a lot to see there, and I don't want it to overshadow how well the rest is working for you.

Vitals is a great app. Its increased my AOV and CR and boosted my usell by 18% this week which is huge. Also, i had a bit of a scare when i first downloaded the a. I reached out to suort who resonded immediately, multiple times. Micheal head of support was so kind and lovely in supporting me when i needed it. It made me feel like i was in safe hands. Signed up a couple of months ago. The flat fee was $29.99/month. This has now been quietly updated to '$29.99/month + usage' with no information about the update or what 'usage' actually is. On checking my invoice for this month I've been charged $155.99!!!!! HUGE red flags.

You're right that a flat plan turning into "$29.99/month + usage" isn't okay without telling you what "usage" means and how it gets charged. That's on us, and we dropped it here.
For context: Vitals has held the same $29.99/month base for six years, with all 40+ features included. Usage charges are built for stores running real volume across the suite. They shouldn't show up as a surprise invoice with no explanation. We've changed how a few things are metered, so a bill like this one shouldn't happen again.

We've been using Vitals for our store at Bigksport and it replaced at least 6 separate apps. The product reviews, upsells, shipping estimates, sticky add to cart and visitor replays all work seamlessly together. Support is fast and helpful. The fact that it doesn't slow down your store while doing all of this is the biggest win. Highly recommend for any Shopify store owner who wants to keep things lean and effective

The performance point is the one I appreciate most. Running that much on a store and staying fast is the hard part, and it's the thing we guard most closely, so it means a lot that you noticed.

At $30 a month (base price), this app is a steal, it has some fantastic features, many of which we are yet to even use. The volume builder is a great tool and generates a fair bit of revenue for us and we really value the screen recordings, it helps us to weed out those pesky bugs customers are facing. Had a few issues with setting a widget up and John Seth S. was a great help, fixed it within minutes! Thanks guys
I love this because there are so many different apps that come with it. Well worth the price.
Thank you for this. Getting the whole suite to feel worth the price is what we put the most work into. Most merchants also find things in there they didn't know they had, so it's worth a scroll through your dashboard when you have a minute.

Great app. Tons of useful features in one subscription. Buying vitals subscription eliminates the need to buy most of the apps. There are very few apps that one might need after getting vitals.
