Judge.me Product Reviews App

Overall, Judge.me has been a great experience so far. The support team is truly amazing-super helpful and quick to respond whenever we have questions. That said, we’ve noticed a few quirks, especially around how some reviews still affect our transparency score even when they go against the app’s own guidelines (like using profanity or being unrelated to the product). We’ve always been a little hesitant about review platforms in general since upset customers are usually the ones who leave feedback, while happy customers rarely take the time. But all in all, Judge.me is a solid tool and we appreciate how much the team is doing to make it better.
