Shopify Inbox

Shopify Inbox is an excellent app! It makes communication with our customers so much easier, allowing questions to be answered quickly without the need for tickets or any external communication channels outside the store.

We at TaskRevolution highly recommend this app. Real-time support is a game-changer and greatly improves the customer experience, keeping everything simple and fast.

The only thing we’d love to see in the future is a light/dark theme option, as the app currently only supports the light theme.

Overall, an amazing tool we’re happy to keep using!
