It could be way better in the way of better helping the customers more. Most of the questions asked to doesn't know and they are basic standard questions.

Hi! To get the most out of Lyro, it’s essential to complete the setup. At the moment, it doesn’t have access to your product catalog - connecting it through Shopify product sync would be a great next step. Lyro has only handled 7 conversations so far, so increasing that number will give you a clearer picture of its potential. Currently, your Resolution Rate sits at 28%, but I’m confident we can push it past 50% (Lyro in Tidio Support is at 70%+). With the right setup, Lyro could instantly resolve over half of your customers' queries. I’ve reached out via email to arrange the next steps.
