If I could give 20 stars, I would! I had quite a few issues (not Judge.me fault) that I needed help with, and the customer service rep Abraão assisted with all of them. Abraão was VERY patient with me as I was new to this app. Went out of his way and out of the box with resolutions, ideas, and guidance. Out of all my years in business, I can honestly say he knocked it out of the park and is an example of what customers should expect. He is a superstar! I also had Abderrahman help with some loose ends, and he too was amazing! I was transitioning from another app that didn't give me the time of day, so this wonderfully positive experience confirms that I made the right decision in choosing Judge.me. Thank you very much for turning a very stressful situation into a happy experience!
