I had issues with the in-store form and it not allowing for scrolling, so my customers could not leave a review while in my website. The Judge.me team took a look at my website and realized that I accidentally had two review widgets on my page, creating the issue. After a 5 minute fix, the form was back working! Now I have received so many reviews after fixing it. I really appreciate the Judge.me team taking a personalized look into my website and walking me through step by step on how to resolve!

We looked into this together and found that the issue was caused by having two Review Widgets installed on the product page, which created a conflict when opening the form. Once we adjusted the setup, everything worked smoothly again.
