Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the confusion around automatic review requests. By default, these requests are enabled so merchants can start collecting reviews right away, and we do mention this in our onboarding flow during setup. That said, we completely understand that not everyone is ready to collect reviews immediately. You always have full control in your settings to pause, customize, or disable requests at any time, and we’re glad you’ve now adjusted this to fit your needs.
