We’ve been using Tidio for a while now, and it’s made a big difference in how we connect with our customers. The setup was simple, and the dashboard is very easy to navigate, even for someone who’s not very technical.
What I like most is that we can manage live chats and automated responses together. The chatbot handles common questions quickly, which saves us a lot of time, and when customers need extra help, we can jump into the chat right away.
It also integrates smoothly with Shopify, which is a huge plus for us. Overall, Tidio has helped us respond faster, improve customer satisfaction, and make our support team’s job much easier. Definitely a tool worth having if you run an online business.
