We use Tidio as our main communication and support tool, with great results. We highlight:
- Centralized channels and real-time chat;
- Automations that qualify leads and speed up responses;
- Shopify E-commerce integration and scalability to support our growth.
Suggestion: adding kanban-style sales funnels for WhatsApp would be a major differentiator, allowing us to track customers through each stage of the buying journey, align support with sales, and give teams more clarity.
Tidio is already essential for our community relationship. With this extra feature, it could also become an even more strategic sales engine.
