Tried it a few times and here’s my take:

About 10 mins before bed and my brain kinda “downshifts” — I actually get sleepy pretty quick.

Works better as a pre-sleep relax thing, not something you wear all night (that’s not what it’s made for).
For me it’s more like a sleep starter tool than just regular headphones.
