Data Export IO: Reports

I just started my free trial, and needed something specific but was not seeing how to accomplish what I was looking for. I started a chat- got a live person in the chat (Vijay) and had the exact report I needed within minutes.
I am on my way now to pay the subscription fee. This is the kind of support needed in businesses.
I also want to say that the program itself is very easy to navigate, which at my age is always a plus!
