I’m just getting started with Tidio, and the feature set already looks tremendous for my business. As a small operation, I can’t afford a lot of staff, and Tidio lets me take chat to a whole new level compared with Birdeye. I’ve built topic-based flows that deliver the information my visitors are looking for—no human needed. When an answer is elusive, the conversation automatically escalates to live chat or forwards to my email so I can follow up and close the loop.
General questions are answered quickly by pulling relevant details from my website, and the replies read naturally—clear and human, not robotic. I’m looking forward to the impact on labor savings, higher conversions, and better customer satisfaction.
