so far the chat feature is great ai learning clean and helpful for customer inquiries

Hi Zen Bloks,Just to confirm, whenever you make changes in the settings, please click the “Save” button at the top right corner to make sure everything is successfully updated. If the page isn’t saved, it may revert back to the default wording.
