Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry the setup wasn’t explained clearly enough. We’ve since reached out and even jumped on a call to walk you through how to add the widgets and see the results live on your Shopify store.

We’re currently just waiting for collaborator access to be approved so we can finish setting up your reviews page and make sure everything displays correctly. As soon as it’s accepted, we’ll take care of the rest right away.
