It's really glitchy. There is no doubt that it is a powerful conversion tool, but it's far too glitchy with messages not loading or coming through instantly, meaning the customer drops off whilst waiting for a response. The AI auto messaging feature is also poor, if you start typing a message, the AI auto message feature will then completely overwrite your message.
Thanks for the balanced feedback. For the AI overwriting your typed message, you can switch off auto-generated replies under Inbox > Settings > Message preferences, so your own text stays put. For messages loading slowly, updating the app and using a stable connection often helps. If the lag continues, our team at help.shopify.com/support can dig into the specifics with you.
