I just download the app and was working on setting everything up - I clicked the button to verify the email address and it immediately linked me up with an actual human support person - that was impressive right from the beginning. I followed the information supplied and asked a couple questions which were answered promptly. The verification is in process, so Dannie let me know that a follow-up will be completed in a couple days and I'll be notified with the outcome. Dannie was very helpful, friendly and kind and I REALLY appreciate being connected with an actual human!
